How We Help

In 2015, Michael hired us on retainer to manage his WordPress based membership site. He had recently switched from Joomla and was having a number of issues with his membership system. And he had big plans for the future.

We rebuilt his website from the ground up on WordPress and helped migrate his membership system from iMember360 and InfusionSoft to a combination of Memberium, ChargeBee, and InfusionSoft. In 2016 we built a robust CE credit quiz system as part of his membership site.

As part of this, we moved his website into version control and setup deployment systems that allow us to push safe and easy updates to his website.

Problem

InfusionSoft's membership and billing system was fragile and difficult to manage.

Build a quiz system for administering CE credits.

Website could not sustain performance under high load.

Solution

We migrated all of this memberships into ChargeBee and built a custom integration between ChargeBee, WordPress, and InfusionSoft.

Using Gravity Forms and a lot of custom code, we built a quiz system that supports limited attempts, quiz resets, and custom CE reports.

We migrated the site to a fast cloud server and setup a lean WordPress stack using Nginx and PHP-FPM.
